- Mix all ingredients with wire whisk
till smooth.
- Melt butter in
crepe pan over medium-high heat.
NOTE: Can refrigerate batter. Can also freeze cooked crepes,
just wrap in wax paper.

- Form in Boule shape.
- Let rise.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for
20-30 minutes.

- Combine all dry ingredients
in food processor.
- Add dollop of oil/honey/molasses.
- S-l-o-w-l-y add water.
- Remove & knead.
- Place in bread pan to rise.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for
20-30 minutes.
