CARNIVAL - March 6th and 7th 2000

I got to wear Steve's bandana from the Y2Kubuli Band... everyone thought I looked cool in a Gold Carnival Cape. Once I donned the cape, I had a plan in mind . . . I wanted a good view of the parade below.
